PAYING IT FORWARD

Our goal is to develop an intentional community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and to support other groups that have the same need and share the same passion. 

Once our property is established and operating at full-service, it is our plan to support the opening of additional properties to serve this neurodiverse population.  This will include opening additional properties under the ILA brand and supporting, through donations and guidance, other groups that want to create similar communities.

We will create a blueprint for other ambitious individuals to follow, enabling them to create their own independent living community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
