Randy Leslie held senior leadership positions throughout his 33-year career with Johnson Controls, including running their Southeast Asia automotive seating business while based in Japan. After retiring from Johnson Controls, he joined and led the laboratory and field operations for SHIELD T3, a COVID 19 & respiratory PCR testing company. He has served on multiple for-profit Board of Directors and is currently serving on the non-profit boards of Goodwill Industries, Special Olympics of Michigan, and Independent Living Alliance. He and his wife, along with the eldest of their three sons, live in Plymouth, MI.

Larry currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Cooper Standard, a tier 1 automotive supplier, located in Northville, Michigan. In this role he is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the human resources and communications functions across the global enterprise, which has locations in 21 countries. In addition to Cooper Standard, he has worked for General Motors, Ally Financial, and Meritor, Inc., in his 40+ years in the automotive industry. He has been very active in the community, currently serving on the boards of CareerSpring Detroit, Michigan Colleges Alliance, Jack’s Place for Autism, and is a co-founder and active participant in the Michigan Mobility Talent Consortium. He has a son and a daughter and lives in Plymouth, MI.

David is Principal of E & Q Partners LLC, a real estate development and consulting company established in 2005. E&Q owns and manages real estate properties totaling approximately 400,000 square feet and consists of retail and multi-use residential. These projects include ground up development and rehab of existing properties. His responsibilities include securing financing, Federal Historic Tax Credits and OPRA property tax abatements. As a member of the board of directors of Western Golf and Country Club, he was the lead member in the ground up rebuilding of the Clubhouse after a severe fire. Prior to E&Q, he was a principal and CFO of Wireless Toyz, a retail cell phone franchiser and also spent 11 years as a commercial loan officer for Chase Bank. He and his family live in Plymouth, MI.

Dan is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit. Before joining Goodwill, Dan served as the CEO at Excellent Schools Detroit, a partnership of Detroit organizations working to improve Detroit’s public education systems.
He has also worked as a program officer at the W. K. Kellogg Foundation on both the Michigan and Education & Learning teams. At the Foundation, he co-led the redevelopment of the local giving strategy for Detroit.
Dan is also the co-founder and former CEO of Think Detroit, a nationally-recognized, award-winning youth development organization. Dan merged Think Detroit with Detroit PAL to create the largest provider of youth development sports programs in Detroit. The organization continues to operate as Detroit PAL today, and now serves 13,000 participants each year.
Dan has received many awards and his work has been recognized by two Presidential administrations. He has previously served on many boards of directors, including the ACLU of Michigan, ConnectEd, Capital Impact Partners, and Detroit PAL. He has also served on Michigan’s State Board of Education for four years. Currently, he serves on the board of directors of Momentus Capital and is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Dan is an attorney by training and is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Michigan Law School. Dan lives in Detroit, MI with his wife and children.

MaryAnn currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer for Cooper Standard, a tier 1 automotive supplier, located in Northville, Michigan. In this role she is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the legal, ethics and compliance functions across the global enterprise, which has locations in 21 countries. In addition to Cooper Standard, she has worked as in-house counsel in construction and manufacturing for Barton Malow, Toyoda Gosei Americas, and Masco Corporation, and began her career at the law firms of Butzel Long, P.C., and Goodwin Procter LLP. MaryAnn has been very active in the community, currently serving on the boards of Judson Center and YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit. She and her husband Patrick have three sons and live in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
